What makes Profound Outdoors a Unique Company?

Profound Outdoors was founded by Bassmaster Elite Angler Timmy Horton. Tim envisioned a company that could create products that were designed by the Pros, tested by the Pros, and approved for release to the public by our Prostaff. Through this method, customers are assured that they are purchasing a product with the highest quality components and unique design to set our products in a category by themselves. Now, Profound Outdoors helps anglers make tackle choices with products they can trust to be the finest on the market. If our Prostaff wouldn’t use it in an FLW or BASS event, then it will not be released by Profound Outdoors. Each product goes through rigorous testing, sometimes up to a year, in order for the product to be exactly right to pass our Prostaff approval.

Why is it sometimes I can’t reach staff in the office when I call during business hours?

Your call is very important to us. Many times we are in the warehouse packing orders and can’t access the phone. We are usually in the office Monday-Friday, closed holidays, from 9am-3pm, and out for lunch. However, if you will leave a message and your phone number, we will return your call as soon as possible, within 1 day depending on time of day called. (weekdays). Why are some products out of stock for a length of time?

Because many of our products are custom designed and some of our products are made by our Prostaff themself, sometimes the demand for the product can exceed the ability to produce a product. In 2016, we are working and perfecting our ability to keep in stock those high demand custom products.
